Experiential Learning
Model United Nations
Participation in Model U.N. provides students with in-depth knowledge of the organizational structure and policy-making processes of the United Nations. The simulation helps students gain skills in negotiation, communication, and parliamentary procedure.
Student Organizations
Political Science and International Relations students gain practical experience by getting engaged with student organizations—from being part of Student Senate to working on political campaigns.
Research
The Political Science and International Relations Department provides students with the skills necessary to conduct meaningful research. Students can work with faculty members or undertake original research under the guidance of a faculty mentor.
