Sometimes it’s nice to have someone you can turn to for advice. To help make your transition to Truman as seamless and stress-free as possible, first- and second-year accounting and business administration majors can receive advice and support through our Academic Peer Mentor Program.

Learn the Ropes from Other Students

As a Truman student, you join a community of learners who possess the same intellectual curiosity you do and who are eager to share their experience. With our Academic Peer Mentor Program, first- and second-year accounting and business administration majors are paired up with upper-level students who serve as mentors.

The mentors have regular office hours each week, during which they are available to meet with their assigned mentees and any other student who wishes to talk with an upper-level major about the benefits and opportunities in the accounting and business administration programs.
