Students can combine an agricultural studies minor with any degree at Truman to build knowledge in various areas of cultivation including horticulture, forage crops, livestock, and more. Explore challenging world issues regarding land, water, and food while studying beef cattle, sheep, horses, crops, soil conservation, horticulture, agricultural economics and rural sociology.
The program provides a wide range of immersive learning environments, from study abroad opportunities to research and internships. The University Farm is available to all students and provides hands-on learning opportunities for classroom studies or recreation.
