Zach Lepperd (’16)
Zach Lepperd graduated from Truman State University in December of 2016 with a Bachelor’s of Science in history.
While at Truman he was involved in Beta Theta Pi, Blue Key Honors Fraternity, Student Ambassadors and True Men A Cappella, among a few other organizations. He completed the pre-MAE coursework, but ultimately decided to pursue a career in higher education and non-profit administration.
He currently serves as the director of expansion for Beta Theta Pi Fraternity, where he lives and works in Oxford, Ohio. Prior to serving as the director of expansion, he started Beta chapters at The College of New Jersey, Emory University and Butler University.
In his current role, he manages a team of five staff members who execute the organization’s expansion strategy in addition to being responsible for the cultivation of relationships with institutions of higher education, the evaluation and selection of campuses and the support and organization of local alumni steering committees. He currently serves as the resource development chair for the Zeta Xi (Beta Theta Pi) Alumni Association.
Most importantly, Zach will be getting married to his sweetheart, Nicole, in February of 2020.
