David Woods (’96) is a shareholder and member of the Management Committee at Rosenblum Goldenhersh, P.C., a law firm in St. Louis. Woods is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Tax Credit Financing practice groups and focuses his practice on all areas of commercial real estate, with a particular emphasis on transactions involving federal and state low-income housing, historic rehabilitation, and new markets tax credits.
Woods has represented lenders, owners, tax credit investors and not-for-profit organizations in all forms of commercial real estate developments and has closed transactions in more than 30 states. Woods has been named to the Best Lawyers in America every year since 2017 and was named Lawyer of the Year for Real Estate Law for the St. Louis area in 2021.
Woods has served on the Board of Directors of St. John Vianney High School in Kirkwood, Mo., since 2006 and was chairperson of the Board from 2016 through 2020. Woods is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Alumni Volunteer Corporation for the Truman State chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon, of which he was a member while attending Truman.
A 1996 graduate of Truman, Woods lives in Sunset Hills, Mo., with his wife, Julie.
