Rob Stilley is Vice President of Finance for American Century Investments, an asset management firm headquartered in Kansas City. He leads Financial Planning & Analysis, Sales Reporting, and Profitability Management reporting teams which provide decision support to the enterprise through financial modeling, forecasting, benchmarking, and reporting.
Stilley joined American Century Investments in 2014 following work in the finance departments of BATS Global Markets (now part of Cboe), Kansas City Southern Railway, Emerson, and Sprint. In these firms he held a variety of responsibilities including financial planning and analysis, treasury, financial system implementations, process improvement, internal controls, and internal audit.
Stilley graduated from Truman State in 1999 with degrees in economics and business administration. He later earned an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. He holds Series 7 and 63 security licenses and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), and Certified Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Professional (FPAC).
Stilley and his wife, Jenny, are the parents of three daughters.
