Truman State University Foundation: Mission
Since its creation in 1980, the Truman State University Foundation has provided an opportunity for alumni, parents, friends, corporations, and foundations to make a meaningful investment in students as they prepare to be tomorrow’s leaders in a variety of professions.
Under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code, the Foundation exists as a tax-exempt, charitable foundation. The Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
The Foundation’s Mission
The mission of the Truman State University Foundation is to advance the University through lasting relationships, strong financial support, and prudent stewardship.
