Finding the Perfect Career
Jabari: Psychology & Biology Dual Major
When Jabari decided to come to Truman State University, he didn’t anticipate all the opportunities he would have as an undergraduate student. His professional aspirations included becoming a doctor, but as he expanded his horizons, he discovered connections across a wide range of endeavors that ultimately changed his career path. Now he is exploring the bigger aspects of policy and administration. His plans to further connect his studies to the world through opportunities such as internships to find the career that’s the perfect fit for him. Internships are just one of the ways students are taking advantage of learning opportunities at Truman that go beyond the traditional classroom as they prepare for lives that matter — as leaders, thinkers, citizens and doers.
