Replacement Diplomas

Replacement diplomas can be ordered at any time. In order to obtain a replacement diploma, follow this link to access the online ordering system: Registrar Store.

Please note:

  • Diplomas will not be released to students with a hold on their account.
  • The replacement diploma will have the student’s name as originally printed. If you have changed your name since the last term enrolled or would like to verify your name prior to ordering, please contact the Registrar’s Office.
  • Replacement diplomas can be mailed to U.S. addresses. For international shipping, the additional purchase of International Diploma Tracking in the Registrar Store will be required.
  • The additional purchase of Domestic Expediate Shipping in the Registrar Store will only expediate the shipping time. It will not expediate the processing time.
  • Diploma orders may take 4-8 weeks for delivery.
  • Replacement diplomas may only be requested by the degree holder. Please discuss any extenuating circumstances with the Registrar’s Office.
  • All reprinted diplomas will be issued under the name “Truman State University,” regardless of the student’s graduation year.
  • A verified digital diploma will be available via email immediately after a diploma request is processed.
