The full college experience is defined by the connections and memories that you make outside of the classroom. Living on Campus

Living on campus is a great way to start your Truman experience — from being close to campus resources and making new friends to support from the Residence Life staff — on-campus living is the place to be!

Our residence halls come in all shapes and sizes — community-bathroom, suited-bathroom and apartment style — and include laundry facilities, lounges, Wi-Fi, and furniture. All buildings are tobacco-free.

The on-campus apartments provide the opportunity for an independent living space, with the added convenience and benefits of still living on campus. If you are an incoming transfer student or need family housing, this may be the option for you. The University apartments offer one- and two-bedroom apartment spaces, with a kitchenette for each unit.

Missouri Hall

Missouri Hall is a five-floor residence hall housing approximately 500 residents. Missouri offers community-style living with single, double, and deluxe double rooms. The residential spaces of Missouri were renovated in 2007, which includes adding air conditioning, updated kitchens, community lounges, study lounges, and laundry on each floor for student use.

Ryle Hall

Ryle Hall is a five-level residence hall housing approximately 500 residents. Ryle offers suite-style and community-style housing with single, double, and triple rooms. Ryle was renovated between 2010-2012 and has air conditioning, kitchens, community lounges, and study lounges on each floor for student use. Ryle has two laundry facilities on the second floor on either side of the building.

Blanton-Nason-Brewer Hall

Blanton-Nason-Brewer Hall (BNB) is a three-floor, suite-style residence hall with approximately 200 residents. BNB features in-room air conditioning, laundry facilities, kitchens, and study lounges on each floor as well as large meeting rooms on the first floor, computer work stations on the second and third floors, and an elevator. BNB is home to our social sororities. BNB is also home to our pet-friendly community at Truman State University.

West Campus Suites

West Campus Suites (West) is a four-level residence hall housing approximately 300 students. The newest residence hall on campus, West Campus Suites has air conditioning, kitchens, community lounges, study lounges, and laundry on each floor.

Campbell Apartments

The Campbell Apartments is a two-story apartment complex that houses approximately 85 residents. Campbell houses the majority of our family housing on campus. The complex is made up of one-bedroom, with options for single and double occupancy, and two-bedroom apartments for two residents. Each apartment features air conditioning, a shared living space, kitchen and bathroom. Campbell also has its own laundry facility. Campbell is located on the south side of campus on Florence Street across from Stokes Stadium.
